Mario Lavigne, specialist in pasteurization systems who made a career at the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency).

TARGET AUDIENCE

Dairy plant pasteurizer operators or their successors supervisors or their successors who will supervise pasteurizer operators / pasteurization process Engineers Quality control / quality assurance staff Pasteurization system calibration technicians.

TARGET

Describe the flow of operations in the pasteurization process of various liquid food products.

At the end of the training, the participant will know the pasteurization process.

COURSE SUMMARY

  • Module 1 - Basics of Pasteurization ;
  • Module 2 - Batch Pasteurization;
  • Module 3 - Continuous Pasteurization;
  • Module 4 - Use of a Continuous Pasteurization System;
  • Module 5 - Typical Dairy Pasteurization Systems;
  • Module 6 - Production Record Keeping.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This training is completely remote using the Moodle platform.

After confirmation of the training, the ITAQ will send you through the Moodle platform your user code and password. You will need to check your junk mail.

Please note that the participant must download the course notes through the Moodle platform.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

It is imperative to have a high-performance computer and the necessary ease to follow the instructions that will be sent to you. If you use a computer at your workplace, you will need to get support from your IT department to be granted permissions to access the platforms.

REGISTRATION

It is important to provide the contact information of the person who will take the training, because you will create their participant file. All the training courses followed by this person as well as the certificates relating to them will be linked to it.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

The request to cancel a registration must :

  • Be made in writing (email);
  • Be received 14 calendar days before the start date of the training.

No refund granted if these conditions are not met.

As soon as you have had access to the training content or notes, no refund will be given.

Registrants may not, at any time, transfer their accounts to other persons. Average bandwidth use per module has been determined. Conditions of use set out on the course web site are considered a contract and registrants should familiarize themselves with these conditions before starting the course. No further period will be granted.
